Eligibility
-
2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in IPR

Prior exposure to Trade Marks prosecution work will be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting, filing, and prosecuting trade mark applications

Handling oppositions, rectifications, and hearings before the Trade Marks Registry

Conducting legal research and preparing opinions for clients

Assisting in client communication and case strategy
