Peritum Partners is a growing law firm with a strong focus on transactions and general corporate advisory. The firm is now expanding its practice and inviting applications for two roles at its Chennai office.
Role 1: Transactions Team (3–4+ Years PQE)

Experience in the transactions space (due diligence and transaction documentation)

Good drafting and basic negotiation skills

Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Role 2: General Corporate and Advisory Team (1–2 Years PQE)

Strong drafting and redlining skills with commercial contracts

Ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft advisory notes/opinions
