Eligibility / Requirements:
- Graduating Class of 2025 (freshers).
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification; Company Secretary course (pursuing or completed) is a plus.
- Legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Companies Act, Securities Laws, FEMA, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Full-time remote Associate (Trainee) position with an initial focus on training.
- Exposure to general corporate advisory and transaction work.
