SB Chambers, led by Advocate Sparsh Bhargava, is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Taxation Law). This is an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates to gain hands-on experience in both tax litigation and advisory work, and to build a strong foundation in one of the most intellectually demanding areas of legal practice.
Eligibility:

Law graduates (LL.B or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience.

Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.

Keen interest and passion for taxation law and its evolving jurisprudence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on direct and indirect tax matters.

Draft legal opinions, petitions, appeals, and replies to show cause notices.

Assist in case preparation, strategy formulation, and support senior counsel during hearings.

Represent clients before tax authorities and tribunals.
-
Track and interpret legislative and judicial developments in taxation law.
Location: New Delhi
