The team advises on high-value project and acquisition finance deals across energy, transport, digital infrastructure, water, healthcare, and renewable sectors. Recent projects include major financing for Sizewell C nuclear project, Net Zero Teesside Project, ReNew Power’s 600MW solar project, and high-speed rail infrastructure between Porto and Lisbon.
Eligibility:

Qualified/admitted legal practitioner in a common law jurisdiction.

4–7 years PQE (candidates slightly below or above this range may be considered).

Experience in project finance or brownfield energy/infrastructure acquisition finance.

Strong foundation in drafting, negotiation, and project management.

Background at a Magic Circle, US, Silver Circle, or top-tier project finance firm preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and negotiate transactions, supervise junior associates and trainees.

Build and maintain client relationships; identify and act on business development opportunities.

Plan, prioritise, and delegate work tasks while updating supervising partners on progress.

Prepare legal precedents, marketing documents, and internal presentations.

Comply with risk requirements, firm policies, and professional responsibilities.
