Eligibility:

3–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil and commercial litigation.

In-depth familiarity with procedures of the Bombay High Court and City Civil Court.

Strong drafting, research, and client management skills.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.

Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle a range of civil and commercial dispute matters before various courts and tribunals.

Draft pleadings, written statements, and other legal documents with precision.

Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies.

Manage client communications and provide legal opinions as required.
