Eligibility:

Qualification: LL.B. and/or Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Candidates must possess excellent research and drafting skills, strong command over English, and the ability to handle complex legal assignments independently.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Advisory and consulting work in Indirect Tax Laws—covering GST, Customs Law, Foreign Trade Policy, Service Tax, VAT, and Excise.

Litigation-related services, including drafting of opinions, replies to show cause notices, appeals, writ petitions, and special leave petitions.

Engaging in tax restructuring and providing strategic tax advice.

Researching case laws, monitoring regulatory updates, and preparing client communications and legal updates.

Coordinating with counsels and senior counsels for litigation matters.

Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site, Full-time).
