Eligibility

- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters.
- Proficiency in drafting, pleadings, and court appearances.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and non-litigation matters in real estate.
- Represent clients before High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial forums.
- Manage commercial disputes, debt recovery, and IBC-related matters.
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and pleadings with precision.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and advisory consultations.
- Independently manage cases and ensure effective representation.
