Eligibility:

Qualification: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Conduct detailed legal research, prepare drafts, and manage case documentation.

Represent clients before tribunals and other judicial forums under supervision.

Collaborate on strategy formulation for ongoing and prospective litigation.
