About:
RSLO & Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Litigation). The firm is engaged in a diverse range of litigation matters and offers a hands-on learning environment for young advocates looking to strengthen their trial court and arbitration practice.
Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: LL.B.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of trial court practice is required.

LLM is not mandatory.

Candidates with strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct case research and assist in preparing briefs and arguments.

Draft legal documents, petitions, and applications.
-
Attend court hearings and assist senior advocates in proceedings.

Liaise with clients and coordinate case management activities.

Contribute to arbitration trials and other procedural work as required.
Location and Working Hours:

Location: Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
Remuneration:
Salary in the range of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on performance and experience.
