A legal tech startup is hiring for the position of Associate – Legal Tech & Contract Automation, based in Pune, Maharashtra with a hybrid working model. This role is ideal for legal professionals interested in the intersection of law and technology, particularly in contract lifecycle management (CLM) and document automation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the automation of NDAs, MSAs, and other contracts using CLM tools

Work closely with product teams to integrate legal inputs into tech workflows

Support client onboarding and manage automated legal document processes
Eligibility Criteria

1–3 years of experience in contracts or legal operations

Familiarity with CLM software or related legal tech tools preferred

LLB degree is mandatory
