About the Role:
Economic Laws Practice (ELP) is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its International Trade & Customs practice area, based out of Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in international trade regulations, customs law, and global trade policy.
Eligibility:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in handling trade remedy investigations, including anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard measures.

Provide advisory support to clients on matters related to WTO agreements, Free Trade Agreements, sanctions, export controls, and other non-tariff barriers.

Draft and review legal advisories, opinions, and written submissions.

Liaise and coordinate with government authorities such as the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) and Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).
