Eligibility:

Qualification: Lawyer / Chartered Accountant

Experience: 2–3 years in Indirect Tax & Customs – Advisory & Litigation

Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
-
Familiarity with case laws, regulatory updates, and tax frameworks
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Conduct research on Indirect Tax / GST databases and keep clients updated on latest trends
-
Draft opinions, replies to SCNs, appeals, writ petitions, and SLPs
-
Advise clients on tax restructuring, advisory matters, and litigation strategy
-
Brief counsel effectively and ensure timely delivery of client assignments
-
Collaborate with team members and adhere to work processes and quality standards
