About the Role:
JSA is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Disputes/Litigation practice at the Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for litigation lawyers with 1–2 years of focused post-qualification experience in dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Representing and advising clients in litigation matters

Conducting in-depth legal research and case discussions
-
Drafting pleadings, legal documents, and court submissions

Supporting case preparation and assisting in court proceedings

Engaging with clients, counsels, and regulatory bodies
Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution

Proficiency in Kannada (reading and speaking) is an added advantage
-
Strong research, drafting, and litigation strategy skills
Location:
Bengaluru (on-site position)
