About the Opportunity:
Saraf and Partners, one of India’s leading full-service law firms, is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Disputes and International Arbitration practice at the Noida office. This role offers the chance to work on high-stakes domestic and international arbitration matters, complex commercial disputes, and cross-border litigation.
Eligibility:

Law graduates with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution or arbitration.

Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Prior exposure to arbitration proceedings or commercial litigation will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of pleadings, statements of claim, and other arbitration-related documents.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.

Liaise with clients, external counsels, and arbitration institutions.

Support the senior team in hearings, strategy, and case management.
