About the Role:
Vaish Associates Advocates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join its Corporate Restructuring and Private Client Practice team in New Delhi. The position offers exposure to managing corporate restructuring assignments, implementing schemes of arrangement/amalgamation before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and handling general corporate advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute corporate restructuring projects including mergers, demergers, and other schemes of arrangement before the NCLT.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as schemes of arrangement, petitions, applications, and related submissions.
- Provide high-quality legal and strategic advice on general corporate matters.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support restructuring and advisory assignments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
- Engage with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation of restructuring schemes.
Educational Qualifications:
- Law graduate from a premier law college.
- Additional desirable qualification: Company Secretary (CS).

- Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
