About the Opportunity:
Wipro, a global leader in IT and digital transformation, is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its India Disputes & Litigation team. This in-house role provides end-to-end responsibility for managing commercial disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters across India, including IT projects, government contracts, land and property disputes, and regulatory issues.
Eligibility:

Law graduate with 4–5 years of commercial litigation experience in India.

Minimum 3 years in a law firm, with at least 1 year in a top law firm preferred.

Prior experience in an MNC legal department is a plus.

Experience appearing before judicial forums such as Karnataka High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and other tribunals.

Strong knowledge of commercial arbitration and dispute resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end litigation matters, from pre-dispute assessment to trial/arbitration, appeal, and execution of judgment.

Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Counsel business teams and stakeholders on dispute resolution best practices.

Compile case files, contracts, and documentary evidence; maintain case management database.

Coordinate and attend hearings, arbitrations, and settlement meetings.

Supervise outside counsel and senior advocates, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

Travel across India as required to manage disputes and attend proceedings.
