Eligibility:

3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Banking & Finance.

Strong understanding of financing transactions, regulatory frameworks, and due diligence.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate financing and security documents.

Assist in structuring and executing various banking and finance transactions.

Coordinate with clients, banks, and financial institutions.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
