About:
ASV Legal LLP, led by Advocate-on-Record Apoorv Agarwal, is inviting applications for Associate roles across two growing teams: Dispute Resolution (including Arbitration) and IPR Litigation. The firm handles complex and high-stakes matters across forums, including the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility:
For Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Team:

Post-Qualification Experience: 2 to 5 years

Strong drafting skills

Sound knowledge of dispute resolution and arbitration laws

Demonstrated ability to work on complex litigation and arbitration matters
For IPR Litigation Team:

Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience in IPR matters

Prior exposure to IP enforcement, oppositions, and contentious proceedings preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions

Handling arbitration proceedings and court litigation
-
Engaging in research, strategy, and case preparation for complex legal disputes

Representing clients in IP litigation and advisory work (for IPR team)
