Indialaw LLP is hiring for the Litigation Team in Hyderabad. The firm seeks motivated legal professionals to work on commercial and civil litigation matters within a structured, practice-oriented team. This role is suitable for candidates aiming to develop advocacy, drafting, and case-management skills in a dynamic litigation practice.
Eligibility:

LLB from a recognised university.

PQE: 0–2 years (freshers with strong skills may be considered).

Excellent drafting, legal research, and communication skills.

Professional attitude, confidentiality, and ability to work under supervision.

Preferably candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and other court documents for civil, commercial, and company law matters.

Assist counsel in court, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings.

Conduct substantive legal research and prepare concise case notes and briefs.

Support senior lawyers in client meetings, hearings, and strategy formulation.

Maintain file management, deadlines, and compliance with internal processes.
