The Office of Soumya Priyadarshinee, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for both Associate and Student Intern positions. The chamber offers an enriching litigation experience with a strong focus on Supreme Court practice and procedure, making it ideal for young advocates and law students looking to strengthen their litigation foundation.
Eligibility:

Associate: 0–1 years of post-qualification experience. Fresh graduates with prior litigation internships are also encouraged to apply.

Student Interns: Law students in their 4th or 5th year (5-year course) or 2nd or 3rd year (3-year course).

Minimum commitment: 4 weeks.

Preference for those available for over 6 weeks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Associate: Drafting, filing/e-filing, and occasional court appearances before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other tribunals. A basic understanding of Supreme Court procedure is desirable.

Intern: Reading case files, conducting legal research, preparing case notes, and assisting associates during court proceedings.

Remuneration:

Associate: As per industry norms.
