About the Opportunity
Legalfoxes Advocates & Consultants is expanding its team and inviting applications for Associate Advocates and Interns to support its litigation practice. The firm primarily handles civil and commercial litigation, with regular appearances before the District Courts of Gurgaon and Saket (Delhi), along with occasional matters in other Delhi courts.
Eligibility

Associate Advocates: Must be enrolled with the Bar. Strong skills in drafting, legal research, and procedural handling are required. Freshers with relevant litigation internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Interns: Prior exposure to litigation drafting or research is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities

Court appearances before district courts and other Delhi courts as required.

Drafting and advisory work across civil and commercial disputes, including property disputes, recovery suits, contractual matters, employment disputes, arbitrations, injunctions, and select criminal and matrimonial cases.

Supporting the litigation team in research, procedural management, and client advisory.
