About:
The Centre for Labour Studies at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonepat, is organizing the 1st National PIL Drafting Competition, 2025. This virtual competition offers law students a chance to showcase their legal drafting skills and engage with real-time constitutional and labour law issues, aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
Eligibility:

Open to law students across India

Strong interest in constitutional law, labour law, and public policy

Commitment to legal research and drafting excellence
Roles and Responsibilities (as Participant):

Draft a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on a selected issue

Conduct research on constitutional and labour law matters

Submit a well-structured, insightful, and actionable draft

Participate in the virtual competition and engage with feedback from expert judges
