Eligibility:

Law graduates with 0–3 years of experience (preferred).

Strong interest in insolvency, corporate restructuring, and allied corporate laws.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in matters related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws.

Work on corporate restructuring, including mergers and demergers.

Handle allied corporate and commercial law issues.

Draft, research, and support senior counsels in client advisory and litigation.
