Eligibility

One Semi-Qualified Professional or Company Secretary

One Trainee

Preference for candidates with knowledge of IBC and SEBI laws

Immediate joiners (this week) will be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting in matters before NCLT and NCLAT
-
Supporting corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters

Drafting, due diligence, and advisory on NBFC and listed company compliances
-
Providing research and support on IBC and SEBI-related issues
