Eligibility
IIFL Home Finance Ltd. is inviting applications for its Company Against Cases (CAC) Team based at the Corporate Office in Gurugram.
Eligible candidates include:
• Law graduates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in BFSI, Legal Recovery, or Consumer Protection Laws
• Freshers with strong interest in the domain may also apply
• Candidates must have a clear understanding of litigation processes, regulatory frameworks, and documentation standards

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be part of the Legal Recovery Branch and may be required to:
• Assist in handling Company Against Cases and related litigation
• Coordinate with external counsel, track case progress, and maintain updated case records
• Support drafting of legal documents, responses, notices, and recovery-related correspondence
• Analyse orders, prepare reports, and provide inputs to the internal legal team
• Contribute to strategy discussions on legal recovery and risk mitigation
• Work closely with branch teams to ensure timely and effective execution of recovery processes

The role offers substantial learning in BFSI litigation, consumer law, and company-level legal operations.
