Role Details

  • Designation: Documents Specialist

  • Experience: 2–4 years

  • Location: Bombay


Key Responsibilities

  • Formatting and standardisation of all types of legal documents

  • Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations

  • PDF conversion and formatting

  • PDF editing, including OCR and bookmarking

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Willingness to work late nights, if required

  • Basic knowledge of DRHP and capital market documents


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • High attention to detail and formatting accuracy

  • Familiarity with law firm documentation standards

  • Ability to work under timelines and handle document-heavy workflows

  • Prior exposure to capital markets documentation preferred
