Roles and Responsibilities
-
Litigation associates: Handle drafting, court appearances, legal research, and case management.

Banking & Finance associates: Advise clients on transactional and regulatory matters, draft agreements, and support deal execution.

Partner – Capital Markets: Lead complex capital markets transactions, mentor teams, and manage client relationships.
