The University of Warsaw FDI Moot Team is entering the final phase of recruitment for the 2026 season. Only five days remain to apply and secure your place in a team competing at the highest level of international investment arbitration.
The FDI Moot offers practical, intensive exposure to:
• Drafting memorials in complex investment disputes
• Developing litigation strategy in public international law
• Pleading in Legal English before international arbitral tribunals
• Competing against leading universities worldwide
Selected students will represent the University of Warsaw on the global stage in Shenzhen, engaging with real-world treaty interpretation, jurisdictional challenges, and investor-state arbitration principles.
