About the Internship
Applications are now open for internship positions at the chambers of Paras Mohan Sharma for June 2025. This internship is ideal for law students who wish to gain practical exposure to litigation and deepen their understanding of civil and commercial legal practice beyond academic learning.
Eligibility
- Law students in 3rd year or above of a 5-year course, or in the final year of a 3-year course
- Strong interest in civil procedure and commercial law
- Demonstrated legal research and drafting skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative
Mode
Primarily remote, but applicants must be available for court visits during urgent matters and open to outstation travel for client meetings.
Duration
Approximately 4 weeks, with flexibility based on mutual convenience.
Stipend
Performance-based stipend will be offered. Internship certificates will be provided upon successful completion.
Location
Exposure includes work at RERA Tribunals, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
