About the Fellowship
The Nyaaya Prayaana Fellowship is a full-time, paid 12-month programme for young lawyers and law graduates to travel across Karnataka and train Paralegal Volunteers. This first-of-its-kind initiative is jointly run by OutLawed India and the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, aiming to strengthen access to justice at the last mile.

Roles and Responsibilities

Train Paralegal Volunteers from diverse backgrounds

Deploy Paralegals at police stations, help desks, and community centres

Collaborate with District Legal Services Authorities to strengthen community justice mechanisms

Travel across Karnataka districts, supporting grassroots legal empowerment
