  • Call for Papers: Full research papers along with an abstract are invited on the aforementioned themes or aligning topics.
  • Paper Submission details: through email to events@vidyalaws.com
  • Presentation: The best 25 papers will be selected for presentation.
  • Word Limit for paper: 3000 words

Processing Fees:

  • ₹799/- for Individual Participation
  • ₹699/- per author for teams with two or more authors

Mode of Conference:

The conference will be conducted in virtual mode (online meet) the platform of which will be notified through email.

General Guidelines for paper submission:

  • Students, researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, and other professionals are invited to submit well-researched papers, articles, and case studies.
  • A maximum of two authors is allowed for co-authored papers. However, each co-author must pay the registration fee separately.
  • Manuscripts should be formatted in MS Word, using Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing. The document must be set on A4-sized paper with a 1-inch margin on all sides.
  • Footnotes must adhere to OSCOLA citation style.
  • Submissions should be thematic and should not exceed 3000 words, with an ideal length of 2500-3000 words. Each paper must be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 300 words.
  • The provided sub-themes are indicative rather than restrictive. Participants may select any topic relevant to the main theme of the conference.
  • Both the abstract and full paper must include the title, author(s) name, institutional affiliation, contact details, relevant sub-theme, and email address.
  • All submissions must be original and unpublished. A declaration confirming the originality of the research paper must be submitted by the author(s).
  • Papers will undergo a strict plagiarism check and a blind peer review conducted by the Editorial Board.
  • All the Participants will be provided with the “certificate of participation”. The best papers will get an opportunity to get their paper published in a journal with ISSN book-bearing at an additional cost of Rs. 699.
  • Abstracts should be emailed with the subject line “Abstract,” and full papers should be sent with the subject line “Full Paper” to events@vidyalaws.com.
