The architecture of Intellectual Property is being redefined.
Artificial Intelligence, Web3 ecosystems, deepfakes, digital markets, and immersive technologies are challenging traditional doctrines of authorship, ownership, enforcement, and competition.

The brochure is now officially released for the One Day National Conference on
“Intellectual Property, Emerging Technology & Digital Regulation”
scheduled for 27 March 2026 (Offline Mode) at Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur.

This Conference is organised by the DPIIT–IPR Chair in collaboration with:

  • Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, MNLU Nagpur

  • Centre for Law, Technology and Policy, MNLU Nagpur

The objective is to foster rigorous academic and policy dialogue at the intersection of intellectual property and emerging digital regulation.
