NABARD SIS 2025-26: Internship Opportunity for Postgraduate and Integrated Course Students

Objective

The NABARD Student Internship Scheme (SIS) 2025-26 aims to engage talented students in short-term assignments, projects, and studies that are relevant to NABARD. This initiative is designed for students pursuing a postgraduate degree (who have completed their first year) in Agriculture and allied disciplines (such as Veterinary Sciences and Fisheries), Agribusiness, Economics, Agri-economics, Social Sciences, and Management from reputed institutes/universities. Additionally, students enrolled in five-year integrated courses who have completed their fourth year are also eligible.
Indian students studying abroad can also apply for the SIS 2025-26. The program is structured to provide NABARD with valuable insights and fresh perspectives through field studies and research projects.

Total Seats Available

A total of 39 seats are available under NABARD SIS 2025-26, distributed as follows:

  • 34 seats are allocated for Regional Offices (ROs) / Training Establishments (TEs) (one seat per RO/TE).
  • 5 seats are designated for NABARD’s Head Office (Mumbai).
  • Due to the law and order situation in Manipur, no applications will be sourced from the Manipur RO.
For a detailed seat distribution, refer to Annexure I of the official notification.
