Boutique Firm, Bangalore – Corporate Commercial | PQE: 3–6 years
In-house or blended law firm experience preferred; strong exposure to commercial contracts. Tech contract experience is an added advantage. -
Mid-Sized Firm, Bangalore – Transactions | PQE: 2–5 years
Experience in PE/VC documentation and due diligence required. End-to-end deal handling experience is a plus. -
Mid-Sized Firm, Mumbai – Transactions (M&A, PE/VC) | PQE: 2–6 years

Knowledge of fund setup, compliance, and tax structures essential. -
Mid-Sized Firm, Bangalore/Mumbai – Capital Markets | PQE: 2–4 years and 5–8 years
Experience in main board/SME IPOs, QIPs, and rights issues required. -
Mid-Sized Firm, Mumbai – Direct Tax | PQE: 2–3 years
Must have strong direct tax experience, preferably from a transactions perspective. -
Mid-Sized Firm, Delhi – Company Secretary | PQE: 4–8 years
