About the Role
The firm is hiring for multiple positions within its Indirect Tax litigation team.

Key responsibilities include:

Drafting replies, appeals and writ petitions
-
Preparing submissions and appearing before authorities and courts

Conducting research on interpretational issues under GST and other indirect tax laws

Providing advisory support on complex IDT matters
This role is suitable for individuals who want hands on contentious tax experience and exposure to GST based litigation workflows.
Eligibility Criteria

CAs with strong articleship exposure in indirect taxes

Professionals with 1 to 3 years of PQE in indirect tax

Lawyers from 2024 or 2025 batches with an inclination towards indirect tax practice

Strong drafting skills, analytical ability and interest in tax interpretation
