About the Organizers
The School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, established in 2014, is one of Uttarakhand’s leading law institutions. The law school actively promotes IMUNs, Youth Parliaments, Debates, Industrial Visits, Legal Aid Initiatives, and Workshops. It also engages in village adoption programs and community service.
About the Moot Court Competition
- A premier national moot court competition fostering legal research, advocacy skills, and debate.
- Previous editions have focused on constitutional law, AI & criminal liability, refugee laws, and environmental issues.
Eligibility
- Open to bona fide undergraduate law students pursuing 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law courses from recognized institutions.
Team Composition
- Each team must consist of 2 or 3 members:
- 3-Member Team: 2 Speakers + 1 Researcher
- 2-Member Team: Both act as Speakers
- No swapping of roles allowed after registration.
- Only one team per college/university is permitted.
Fee Details
- Registration Fee: ₹3,600 per team
- Additional ₹1,200 (optional) for accommodation for offline rounds.
- Non-refundable registration fee.

- Details Submission: Teams must email mcc.sol@gehu.ac.in with participant details before April 13, 2025 (11:59 PM IST).
- Confirmation Email & Team Code will be sent after final registration.
