About the Competition
The Moot Court Committee, Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has officially released the Brochure and Moot Proposition for the 13th Mahamana Malaviya National Moot Court Competition 2026.
The competition invites law students from across the country to engage in rigorous legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy on contemporary legal issues.
