Metalegal Advocates is expanding its Tax Litigation & Advisory practice and invites applications from fresh graduates and newly qualified professionals to join its New Delhi office.

This role offers structured, hands-on exposure to tax litigation, advisory work, regulatory proceedings, and client-facing assignments, ideal for building a strong foundation in taxation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in Income Tax, GST, and Customs litigation and advisory matters
• Draft replies, appeals, submissions, reconciliations, and case documentation
• Conduct legal and tax research, case law analysis, and statutory interpretation
• Support filings and coordination with tax authorities and tribunals
• Assist in compliance reviews and advisory assignments
• Contribute to internal knowledge resources and research databases

Eligibility

• Qualified Advocate (LL.B.) enrolled with the Bar Council of India or Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Demonstrated interest in Direct Tax and GST practice
