About the Programme
UNESCO, in partnership with Christian Dior Couture, invites applications for the Women@Dior Mentoring Programme 2026–2027—a prestigious international initiative aimed at empowering young women worldwide.
The programme connects selected candidates with an inspiring global network of mentors and peers, helping participants build confidence, leadership capacity, and professional skills, while gaining exposure to one of the world’s leading creative industries.
Who Can Apply
Young women from the following regions are eligible:

Latin America & the Caribbean
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:

Be under 30 years of age at the time of application
-
Be enrolled full-time in a higher education institution
-
Be in the final year of undergraduate studies or pursuing postgraduate studies (Master’s/PhD)
-
Have English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
-
Be from any academic discipline, with a clear interest in women’s empowerment and related social issues
