About the Course
Juhi Arora & Associates brings to you “Master Class on Career in Family Law”. This course aims to teach law students, young professionals, and academicians the wide ambit of Family Law.
The delivery of the course will be done by Advocate Supreme Court of India Ms. Juhi Arora.
The course will be conducted as an online session on Friday, 3rd July 2020 at 4pm.

The course contains 5 modules
1) The first module gives all the participants an Introductory session on Family Law with the wide ambit of Family Law and describing the Powers of Family Courts.
2) The second module provides the participants the view of Family Law towards the Civil side.
3) The third module provides the participants with the view towards the Criminal Side of the Family Law.
4) The fourth module provides the participants with life experience on the Family Law Cases, also it emphases on the mediation in Family Law with Special Training of Dealing Clients.
5) The fifth module provides the participants with the skills needed to draft Applications and Petitions under various provisions of Family Law.
