Lloyd Law College is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Manager – Placement & Alumni Relations to enhance its career services, industry partnerships, and alumni network. If you have a passion for student career development, legal placements, and industry outreach, this role is a great fit.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate recruiters, legal firms, NGOs, and government organizations.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events to ensure student career growth.
- Gather feedback from students and recruiters to enhance placement strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for alumni engagement.
- Prepare placement reports and analytics to track progress and refine recruitment approaches.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in talent placement, career services, or industry engagement.
- Strong network with reputed law firms, MNCs, NGOs, and government bodies.
- In-depth knowledge of legal industry hiring practices and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with industry professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) preferred.
