Position: Manager – Legal

Location: New Delhi
Education: LLB
Work Experience: 5–6 years
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate, timely, and relevant legal advice on a wide range of business and product-related matters.
Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws, rules, and organizational policies.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of contracts with customers, vendors, partners, distributors, and other third parties.
Manage the organization’s intellectual property portfolio.
Draft and review internal policies, procedures, and other governance-related documents.
Handle legal aspects of corporate secretarial functions and ensure governance best practices.
Manage investigations and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
Oversee legal compliance for the company’s Indian subsidiary.
Maintain strong relationships with external counsel, regulators, and other legal entities.
Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations impacting the industry and company operations.
