IPL is inviting online applications for the post of Manager (Grade B) through an open competition conducted on an all-India basis.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline or MBA/PGDBM/B.Tech/CA/CWA/LL.B.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in one or more of the following areas: Financial Advisory, PPP Structuring, Contract Management, Public Procurement, Syndication, Project Finance, Project Management, Appraisal, Bid Process Management, Corporate Strategy, Legal Advisory, Policy Advocacy, Credit Rating, Fund Raising, Risk Analysis, Technical Report Writing, or DPR preparation.
- Total professional experience required: Minimum 7 years.
Pay Scale
Starting basic pay of ₹55,200/- per month under the pay scale:
₹55,200 – 2,850 (9 increments) – ₹80,850 – EB – 2,850 (2 increments) – ₹86,550 – 3,300 (4 increments) – ₹99,750 (over 16 years).
Other benefits include Dearness Allowance, Grade Allowance, Local Allowance, HRA, Family Allowance, Special Allowance, etc., as per prevailing rules.
