About the Team
The Learning and Development team at Spark Legal focuses on understanding how transactions evolve, identifying patterns across deal structures and transforming these insights into internal knowledge tools. The team plays a crucial role in strengthening institutional learning by analysing real transactions, capturing market behaviour and breaking complex deal mechanics into structured, accessible knowledge assets.
About the Role
This internship is designed for candidates who are curious about how transactions actually take shape and motivated to understand the deeper logic behind deal making in the venture ecosystem.
This is not a transaction execution role, but interns will work closely on:

Studying market trends across the venture and startup landscape

Tracking the evolution of deals and identifying commercial and legal drivers

Analysing real transactions to understand decision making workflows

Converting insights into structured internal knowledge material
The role is suited for someone who enjoys long form research, conceptual clarity and translating complex information into clear frameworks.
