About the Role:
Position: Legislative Research Associate
Location: Delhi (with project-based deputation flexibility)
Duration: 6-month Short-Term Contractual (STC) role, with the possibility of conversion to Full-Time Contractual (FTC) based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
✔ 0-2 years of experience in legislative research, policy analysis, or related fields.
✔ Educational background in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Governance, or related domains.
✔ Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, policy-driven environment.
✔ Must bring their own laptop.
✔ Open to deputation based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze parliamentary proceedings, committee reports, and policy decisions at both central and state levels.
Track and interpret key judicial rulings and legislative developments.
Prepare policy briefs, reports, and stakeholder insights.
Support legislators and policymakers with data-driven research.
Assist in stakeholder meetings, policy discussions, and legislative engagements.
