Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2-3 years
Education: LL.B. (LL.M. is a plus!)
Expertise: Legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw)
Skills:
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws & regulations
Analyze & summarize legal documents, contracts & policies
Prepare legal reports, briefs & memorandums
Stay updated on national & international legal frameworks
Support litigation, arbitration & compliance matters
Collaborate with internal teams to assess legal risks & strategies
