Position Details

Role: Legal Officer – Legal (Non-Litigation)

Experience: 1–3 years post-qualification

CTC: ₹3–5 LPA (maximum)

Qualification: Minimum LL.B.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Location: Ahmedabad & Surat
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Preparing legal reports

Conducting title verification and due diligence

Understanding and applying property laws and mortgage processes

Ensuring accurate legal documentation and compliance
Preferred Skills & Competencies

Sound knowledge of Property and Mortgage Laws

Strong drafting, comprehension, and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office and online property record systems

Good written and verbal communication skills
