About the Role
Reina Legal is seeking Associates and Senior Associates to join their India & UAE Corporate Tax team in Gurgaon. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on international tax assignments, providing exposure to cross-border taxation & global tax advisory.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized 3-year or 5-year in-person program
- Registered lawyer with relevant legal experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience
✅ Skills Required:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent drafting and legal research abilities
- Organizational & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in legal documentation & working on a laptop
✅ Experience:
- Relevant experience in corporate tax, litigation & advisory
Key Responsibilities
Drafting legal pleadings and appearing before Courts & Tribunals
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements & contracts
Advising clients on corporate tax & international tax issues
Practicing in Civil & Criminal Laws
Adapting to a fast-paced legal environment
