Practice Areas: Civil Commercial Litigation | Matrimonial Disputes | Arbitrations | Government Panels (DDA, Govt of NCT of Delhi, NDMC)
Eligibility Criteria:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, negotiation skills, and time management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Registered lawyers with relevant litigation experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year in-person program).

1 to 3 years PQE in litigation preferred; however, fresh graduates with substantial knowledge/experience in litigation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Effective communication, legal research, and drafting skills.
-
Drafting, briefing, and handling work with minimal supervision.

Draft and review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and other legal documents.
-
Work closely with clients, conduct legal research, prepare documents, and represent clients in courts and tribunals.

Manage litigation processes, conduct legal drafting, and appear before various judicial forums.
